At Meat Bros, your absolute satisfaction is our top priority. Since we deal in perishable meat products, we have established clear, fair guidelines to address concerns with your order.
1. Return Window
Due to the fresh, temperature-controlled nature of vacuum-sealed raw products, customers must verify and inspect items at the time of delivery. If an item is physically damaged, unsealed, or incorrect, please notify the delivery rider immediately.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We will issue full or partial refunds (or complete replacement shipments) under the following conditions:
- Missing products in your packaged order.
- Vacuum packaging seals were fully compromised at the moment of delivery.
- Wrong product delivered.
3. Direct BDT Credit Refunding
Approved refunds are processed swiftly. Depending on your original payment method, the credit will be returned to your bKash/MFS account or credit card within 3-5 business days. Cash-on-delivery order refunds are credited via bKash.
